Twelve Homes.
One Clear Vision.
Mira is a curated collection of twelve three-story homes—each one designed with purpose, proportion, and a modern East Austin sensibility. Set across a 0.7-acre site at Springdale and Gonzales, the homes range from ~1,700 to over 2,150 square feet, blending clean architecture with flexible interiors built for real life.
Inside, you’ll find considered layouts with room to live, work, gather, and retreat—often all at once. Most homes feature two-car garages, dedicated flex or office spaces, and outdoor elements like balconies or private yards.

We call it Mira—a name that means “to look,” but also “to wonder.”
Spaces, Defined
Thoughtfully arranged and purposefully built, each home offers a seamless flow across three spacious levels—balancing openness with privacy, light with structure. Whether you’re entertaining, working, or unwinding, these flexible floor plans are designed to adapt to the rhythms of real life.

Residential Interiors
The material palette is timeless: textured brick façades, light-filled interiors, and thoughtful finishes that favor livability over flash. Every unit is unique in orientation and flow, but all share the same DNA: intelligent design, subtle confidence, and a strong sense of place.
This is home for those who value space that’s as functional as it is refined—expansive where it counts, efficient by design, and elevated in every detail.

Designer Finish Palettes

Sage
Sage is the brighter of Mira’s two finish palettes—defined by warm neutrals, light wood tones, and materials that amplify natural light. Inspired by clarity and ease, it creates a sense of calm without feeling cold. The palette favors open space, layered texture, and finishes that feel timeless rather than trendy.
This is the Mira sensibility at its most serene—elevated, honest, and quietly radiant.
Twilight
Twilight offers a moodier, more grounded perspective. Richer hues, deeper contrast, and tactile finishes define this palette, lending warmth and quiet drama to each space.
This is where soft black fixtures meet earthy tones, where texture plays against structure, and where the details hold their own. Sombra is a confident choice—for those who don’t chase the spotlight, but still leave an impression.
